All fares include additional charges that may apply:
 
The following charges, for various services requested by customers from O’Hare and Midway airports to suburban areas and other destinations, are charged at the same rate.

√  All tolls are included in the rates. 
√ $12 Mid-Size SUV (4 passengers-suitcases)
√ $18 Minivan Minivan (6 passengers-5 suitcases)
√  $22 Minivan Minivan (7 passengers-5 suitcases)
√ $10 – Child car seats (Advance requests ONLY).
√ 25% – surcharge on holidays. 
√ $10 – surcharge late-night weekdays (10:00 PM – 3:59AM) – weekends (8:00PM – 4:59AM). 
√ 5% – Booking Fee.
√ $15 – Waiting Time. (Every 15 mins block) does not apply to Airport Pick-Ups.
$60.00 – 1 Hour Waiting Time and does not apply to Airport Pick-Ups. 
√ Extra stop within 3 miles of the original route will have a $15 charge. If the extra stop is more than 3 miles away, the customer must pay based on the additional distance required.
 
√ Gratuity can be cash or card. (Always Optional).
 
√ We reserve the right to modify the price if any of these extras charges apply. 
 
All the rates listed below are for full size sedans that fit up to 3 passengers and 2 checked suitcases. Extras above apply for any bigger number of passengers or luggage.

Return Policy

 
Cancellation and Refund Policy
 
Advance Paid Reservations – O’Hare Fast Rides LLC
 
At O’Hare Fast Rides LLC, we value your time and our drivers’ commitment. For this reason, the following policy applies to all prepaid reservations:
•100% of the total trip price + tip will be charged if the cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
•75% of the total trip price + tip will be charged if the cancellation is made between 2 and 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
•50% of the total trip price + tip will be charged if the cancellation is made between 4 and 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
•For cancellations made more than 6 hours in advance, only 5% of the total trip price will be retained, and a 95% refund will be issued.
 
Rescheduling
 
If you contact us at least 1 hour before the scheduled pick-up time, your ride may be rescheduled to another time or date, subject to availability.
 
Service Changes
 
Any changes in the route, number of passengers, luggage, or additional stops must be communicated to the dispatcher as early as possible, and no later than the scheduled pick-up time.
 
No Refunds in These Cases
•If the passenger does not show up at the agreed pick-up location and does not respond within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.
•If the customer provides an incorrect location more than 5 miles from the scheduled pick-up point.
•If the customer enters an incorrect pick-up time during the booking process and the driver is dispatched based on that information.
 
In all of these cases, the trip will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that the pick-up date and time are accurate when making the reservation.
 
Safety-Related Cancellations
 
The driver may cancel the trip if exposed to unsafe situations, including but not limited to:
criminal activity, threats, violence, racial remarks, or any circumstance that compromises the driver’s safety.
In these cases, 100% of the fare will be charged.
 
Weather Conditions
 
In the event of extreme or dangerous weather conditions that pose a risk to the safety of the passenger, driver, or vehicle, we reserve the right to cancel the trip.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
 
Payment Authorization
 
O’Hare Fast Rides LLC reserves the right to automatically charge any outstanding balance using the credit or debit card previously authorized or saved by the customer.
